Golden Rules for Creating PDF labels

​

1. Create PDFs at the same size of the label to be printed.

2. Create PDFs at the same resolution (DPI) of the printer they will be printed on.

3. Try and purchase at least a 300 DPI printer.

4. Whenever possible avoid using scaling.

5. Create documents using mono color images when using a black only printer.

6. Invest in quality label design software that can "Save as PDF" such as BarTender Starter $400.00.
